iGrok* is based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg. It offers specific tools to better understand our self and connect with others. iGrok includes the full NVC model/process of “honesty and empathy” with emphasis on empathy—to be fully present with yourself and the other person in the moment. Empathy affects and influences the quality of connection, invites further dialogue, and prepares us for creative solutions.
Empathetic listening, using the NVC model, consists of listening for the person’s feelings and needs and what they are requesting to make their life more wonderful. This application includes a scrolling list of 128 feelings words and 118 needs words to support you in making an empathetic connection along with examples demonstrating how to structure sentences when offering empathy, sharing honesty, or practicing self-empathy.

This awesome app is so cool. And by cool I mean not cool. And by awesome I mean completely useless.
This is literally just a document and nothing else. There is no difference between this and a pdf. Peace Process is free and an amazing NVC tool that has functions.
FINALLY! Ive been waiting for an NVC app to replace the ratty feelings/needs list Ive been carrying around in my purse. This one is exceptionally well done with lots of examples and NVC support. Now I can have those difficult telephone conversations with ease knowing I have empathy in my pocket. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
It is with great pleasure that I recommend iGrok. The game is fun and useful. The creator, Christine King, is an NVC legend. I would not hesitate to hire her as an NVC coach. She is the real deal in the NVC industry.
Its nice and I will probably reference it so the money is not a total waste. But the app doesnt do anything other than show two images.
